Our team provides comprehensive engineering services and unique project support for U.S. Government entities around the world, and our expertise is built on meeting the tough operational challenges of our customers, from stand-alone, customized command and control centers to comprehensive modernization of air station and en route air traffic control equipment.ARINC Charleston C2 Systems and Services is currently seeking a self-driven Electronic Systems Engineer with a positive attitude to deliver myriad projects under it's $150 million contract with Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC LANT).The position includes the following responsibilities:• Plan, design, prepare, install, and coordinate complex communication, radar, and electronic systems projects.• Apply sophisticated analytical techniques to solve complex engieering problemsConduct site surveys, and produce related documentation Qualifications Required Experience: The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of electronic systems analysis. This experience may include the following communication systems:Air Traffic Control (ATC)NetworkPowerRadarRadioSecurityBlue Force TrackerGlobal Positioning System (GPS)Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)TEMPESTInformation AssuranceApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship, for access to classified information.Desired Experience: Familiarity with SSC LANT design standards is desired but not required. Experience with transportable or modular systems is desirable. A professional engineer’s license is also preferred. Experience with travel within the U.S. and SW Asia for short periods of time is a plus.Education or Certification Requirements: A B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, or other technical area is required. Degrees must be from an ABET accredited program or be accredited within the field of discipline.
