ARINC is seeking a Chief Engineer/Scientist to join our Advanced Aviation and Maritime Division located in Washington, DC.

As a Chief Engineer/Scientist, you will provide systems engineering services, in support of our federal government customer, FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) System Operations, to maintain, integrate, and implement improved system operations and NEXTGEN tools within the National Airspace System (NAS) infrastructures. Qualifications Experience must include at least ten (10) years in technical leadership or management of large, complex software development programs. Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert to FAA program mangers, project managers and project personnel in one or more of the complex System Operations technical areas.

Education: Master’s Degree in computer science or engineering with experience in software engineering or software development.
