ARINC’s Defense Systems Engineering & Support Division in Panama City, FL is seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst who will provide support to various Naval Special Warfare and related programs.

Specific Responsibilities include:
•Analyze requirements for installation of equipment on various platforms including submarines.
•Provide guidance on installation including guidance on deep submergence requirements.
•Prepare temporary alteration packages.
•Plan, conduct, and report on testing. Qualifications Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have seven (7) or more years experience in preparing, testing, and analyzing submarine and deep submergence requirements. This position requires someone who can work independently and interface across all levels of the organization; working with both internal and external customers. Must work with customer to develop effective solutions. This role requires acute attention to detail and the ability to present technical requirements both written and verbally. Maintain and enhances good customer relationships in an effort to resolves issues. Provides key technical and project leadership.

Education and Certification Requirements:
The candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related technical area.
