ARINC Technical Services in Panama City, Fl is looking for a qualified and experienced E-9A Avionics Technician to support our command Control Systems and Services Division (C2S2). This individual will remove, repair, modify, service, install, checkout and troubleshoot various types of electronic components, including but not limited to airborne avionic systems and related devices such as electronic transmitting and receiving equipment (e.g., radar, radio, telecommunications and navigational aids); personal and mainframe computer terminals.

You will be required to assemble, disassemble, solder, connect, terminate and inter-wire electronic components and electrical wire harnesses. Pin and de-pin connectors, replace and or install connectors, and route harnesses. In order to complete these tasks you will use a variety of tools and special equipment.

You will have to follow final engineering drawings, schematics, safety procedures, military specifications, standards and technical manuals to accomplish assigned tasks. You will also be installing production modification kits, primarily encompassing avionics and electrical system tasks.

Finally, you be required to keep proper aircraft maintenance records, forms and workbooks, and act as an integrated member of our aircraft maintenance team assisting with mechanical and structural tasks as required. Qualifications Required Experience:
Requires 6 or more years aircraft experience. Must have experience on E-9A aircraft. This candidate must have experience troubleshooting and repairing E-9A aircraft and mission avionics systems.

Desired Experience:
Experience on various military and commuter aircraft desired.

Education or Certification Requirements:
Requires two years technical or trade school.
