ARINC Technical Services, LLC is looking for a Shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate shall be able to shall be able to oversee the maintenance and material support of aircraft operations in CONUS and OCONUS. Maintenance will include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections relating to aircraft and unit operations. This position supports organizational, intermediate and depot level airframe, avionics, environmental and engine repair activities for the E-2C aircraft. If selected you will be a key contributor to the site’s scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as its repair and refit activities. Other duties:

• Coordinate, control and assign priorities in daily workload.
• Maintain technical directive control procedures to ensure configuration lists are maintained, issue and review instructions and maintenance requirement cards.
• Maintain aircraft logs and records.
• Ensure government equipment is utilized in a safe and efficient manner, controls in place to protect equipment from damage or abuse.
• Ensure and certify aircraft are safe for flight prior to release for flight operations.
• Manage and maintain other maintenance related duties as required.
• Handle personnel relations, assignment/reassignment of personnel in conjunction of workloads and qualifications necessary for mission requirements.
• Interface with site managers, maintenance personnel and government representatives on a daily basis.
• Oversee launch/recovery operations and low-power/high-power engine run up requirements to ensure safety chain is in place and controlled.
• Keep proper aircraft maintenance records, forms, use Nalcomis work stations to support maintenance functions.
• Acts as an integral member of our maintenance team.
• Perform collateral duties assigned as required. Qualifications To be considered for this position you shall have at least ten (10) years or more direct experience in aircraft maintenance repair, inspections, and modification. Of the ten (10) years or more related to aircraft maintenance and material support, five (5) years of which must have been in supervisory positions that included responsibility for assigning program work loads as well as duties for entire shifts. Other requirements of this position are:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with the customer.
• Ability to establish priorities in a changing environment and work effectively with a minimal amount of specific direction and guideline.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Safe for Flight certified.
• Deploy to various locations in support of mission requirements as required.
• Keep proper aircraft maintenance records, forms, use Nalcomis work stations to support maintenance functions.
• A willingness to work long hours in possibly adverse conditions adhering to strict regulatory specifications and guidance.

Desired Experience: Candidates possessing six (6) or more years of experience on the E-2C airframe at a skill level of two (2) or higher will be given preferred selection.

Education/Certification Requirements: Aircraft maintenance supervision, or related field, Safe for Flight certified. To be considered for this position you must have an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
