ARINC in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Antenna/Electromagnetic Engineer to become a member of a team who supports technical approach and problem resolution of electromagnetic design an analysis issues for various department projects.

The Antenna/Electromagnetic Engineer will ensures that the latest state-of-the art tools and techniques are utilized in design, development, test and analysis of electromagnetic systems on vehicles. Qualifications Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including US Citizenship, for access to classified information.

Candidates must have a (5) five or more years combined experience of interning, real-world engineering and academic projects focused antenna design/evaluation and electromagnetic theory.

Experience with computational electromagnetic analysis tools including:
•NEC
•XPATCH/APATCH
•FEKO
•XFDTD
(Experience should include the use of these tools as well as their source code theory and operation.)

Desired Experience:
• Experience in developing software to operate in conjunction with and to enhance the performance of the electromagnetic tools used.
• Knowledge of UNIX, Perl, C/C++, Visual Basic and MATLAB is desired.
• Experience with RF system design is desired.

Education or Certification Requirements:
BSEE with RF/EM/Antenna concentration with experience or MSEE with RF/EM/Antenna concentration
