ARINC is seeking a Senior Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineer to support our Command and Control Warfare Unit (C2W) located in California MD. As a Senior R&M Engineer with the C2W, the candidate will support the acquisition and development test of U.S. Navy airborne weapon systems to include the EA-6B, EA-18G, FA-18E/F, F-35, and the E-2D. The candidate will also conduct independent engineering studies to improve the reliability and maintainability of fielded systems.

 Fleet maintenance data analysis Qualifications Required Experience:
The candidate will possess eight (8) years or more of related experience. Five (5) years Reliability and Maintainability engineering experience with military aircraft, missile, precision weapons, or avionics manufacturer

Desired Experience:
Ten (10) years Reliability and Maintainability engineering experience with military aircraft, missile, precision weapons, or avionics manufacturer

Education or Certification Requirements:
BS engineering minimum, MS engineering desirable, MS Reliability and Maintainability engineering preferred, ASQ CRE desirable
