ARINC in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for a Program Scheduler to support our Aircraft Integration & Modification Division. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a program master schedule while working closely with the Program Manager, Engineering and Production to keep current status of the program throughout its life span. Other duties include:
• Enter and maintain contractual work scope into MS Project with material and labor budgets using a work breakdown structure for cost control, financial and production reporting.
• Develop and maintains a resource loaded critical path schedule in MS Project for project and financial control of assigned program(s).
• Enter contractual work scope, material budgets and labor budgets into company database and prints job cards for each production department.
• Enter WBS master codes, departmental codes and engineering drawing reference numbers into company database for reporting capabilities.
• Plan sequence of engineering drawing releases, fabrication, assembly, installation and other modification operations for guidance of production workers for interior modification.
• Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned tasks and maintains and alters project schedule to manage unforeseen conditions and give current status of interior modification.
• Create and maintain a purchasing and outside vendor schedule that integrates with the project schedule.
• Analyze schedules and budgets and collaborates with Program Manager to develop strategies to maintain project schedule and budget on target.
• Prepare weekly project agendas, summaries, detailed department schedules, project bar and pie charts and production reports for the Program Manager to hold weekly status meetings.
• Responsible for maintaining and distributing all company forms authorizing a deviation from the original baseline contractual work scope, schedule or budget.
• Mentor and coach other project planners. Qualifications To be considered for this position you will have three (3) or more years Project Planning experience in Aircraft Integration and Modification environment including extensive scheduling and planning utilizing production and development logistics and metrics. Other requirements include:
• Highly proficient with MS Project and Program planning skills.
• Need to demonstrate ability to work with complex scheduling processes, including critical path and work breakdown structure.
• High degree of organizational skills utilizing MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication in interpersonal skills.

Education or Certification Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Must possess understanding of PMI and USG scheduling standards, and EVA techniques.
Desired Qualifications: PMP or equivalent certification highly desired.
