ARINC’s Advanced Aviation & Maritime Division in Panama City, FL is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to provide support and training for U.S. Navy mine warfare programs.

Specific duties include:

* Providing support of installation, operating, testing, and evaluating of minesweeping equipment.
* Onboard ship training of rigging, deploying.
* Recovering minesweep systems
* Planning and operating mine warfare missions utilizing minesweep systems onboard Navy vessels.
* Enhancements of formal Navy curriculum development in accordance with military training standards. Qualifications Required Experience: Minimum 8 years relevant experience with mine warfare operations including minesweeping and mine hunting operations. Training program support experience must include 5 years of training requirements analysis, instructional system design, curriculum development and evaluation in accordance with military training standards. Technical documentation experience must include generation of operation and maintenance manuals and operating procedures. The ability to write well and familiarity with Microsoft Office software applications including Word and PowerPoint are essential.

Desired Experience: Demonstrated experience with MCM minesweeping operations.

Education or Certification Requirements: BA/BS; 8 years relevant experience can be used in lieu of degree.
