ARINC in Norfolk, Virginia is looking for aN ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) ITSM (IT Service Management) Analyst with significant DoD IT Engineering experience to support our Advanced Aviation and Maritime Division.

The ITIL/ITSM Analyst will:

Support Federal/DoD Industrial Engineering and Process Improvement Projects with the ARINC customer.
The ITIL/ITSM analyst will support the devlopment of full range of network managment processes within the ITIL v3 Framework.
The successful candidate shall be able to support the development of strategic governance, provide research and analysis for Support Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation and Training of ITSM tools and applications. Qualifications Required: Ten (10) years of hands-on experience with Federal/DoD Industrial Engineering and Process Improvement Projects in three
(3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, Training, Specific requirements include: Certified ITIL Practitioner Trainer, ITIL Practitioner Certification.

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information.

Desired: Graduate or undergraduate degrees in System Engineering or Engineering Management; ITIL/ITSM consulting experience within DoN program, ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant Certification, Project Management Professional Certification, ITIL Service Manager Certification, ITSM based Service Desk management, Malcolm Balderidge Criteria Examiner, Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification, 2+ years experience in NCTAM LANT program management oversight,IT-21 Networks for Managers Certification, 5+ years experience in NetOps, ForceNet and Global Information Grid service support

Education or Certification Requirements: Technical Training in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
