ARINC's Advanced Aviation and Maritime Division Business Unit in Norfolk, VA is seeking Senior Acquisition Program Analysts.

In this role, you will manage technical acquisition programs in support of the Department of the Navy’s technological program. Responsibilities also include budgeting, program scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. You will provide regular program status briefs to upper management. Qualifications Required Experience:
A minimum twelve (12) years experience managing government technical acquisition programs with previous supervisory experience is required. Must have a working knowledge of work breakdown structures (WBSs) and be fluent with DOD-STD-881. Related experience includes technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. Strong presentation and briefing skills are required.

Education or Certification Requirements:
Bachelors degree required. Technical degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field preferred.

Desired Experience:
Up to ten (10) plus years in DoD IT programs, Three (3) plus years experience in a DoD program of record management office. Network Administration, knowledgeable of DoN acquisition processes, rules, and regulations, JCIDS, and System Engineer Technical (SETR) reviews.
