ARINC's Advanced Aviation and Maritime Division Business Unit in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer.

The successful candidate will apply systems engineering principles to design, integrate, and analyze military computers systems and software in support of a Department of the Navy’s Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) team. As a member of the ARINC engineering team, you will participate in the development and implementation of an enterprise tool strategy primarily based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 framework Qualifications Required Experience:
Up to ten (10) years of progressively complex experience in the design, integration, and analysis of military electronics, computer networks, super-minicomputers, microcomputers, and digital and graphic display systems. ITIL V3 certification.

Education or Certification Requirements:
BS Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.

Desired Experience:
Three (3) years in one or more of the following: DoD program acquisition, lifecycle management, configuration management, asset management. Knowledgeable in COBIT, CMMI, experience in JCIDS, have Six Sigma Greenbelt.
